We absolutely loved our stay! The place was perfect and Mandy was an incredibly responsive host. We hope to come back someday!

Things we liked: having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus. We enjoyed the little side deck and the large dining room table. First home we have stayed in that had kid friendly plates and spoons. Pool was close so we could easily walk to it.
Things we disliked: it is a very tight neighborhood. Meaning that the houses are on top of each other. The parking is very limited. The outdoor grill needs a major cleaning. The floors appear clean but we had an 8 month old with us using a walker inside and his little toes were black, so the floors could use a deep cleaning. We also had issues with the golf cart not working. Owner did refund for that but was still a disappointment not to have it. Overall we enjoyed our trip, just a few upkeeps that need to be done. I know that is hard when you do not live in the area to check on property first hand.

This was our third time staying at this location, and it continues to exceed our expectations every visit. The host is wonderful and always makes sure everything is perfect. The house is fully stocked with everything needed for the beach as well as all the comforts of home. The pool is very nice, and the neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. The beach itself is beautiful, well maintained, and never overcrowded, which made for a very peaceful stay. We always enjoy our time here and look forward to coming back again!

This was our second time staying here and the experience the second time was just as good as it was the first time. This house has nearly everything you could ever need to have a wonderful family vacation. Great layout, super clean, and great location. Mandy is a great host. We will be back!

Mandy is a fantastic host. She is very responsive and took care of any issues or concerns right away. I really like that every room had its own bathroom. She provides a starter box of products that makes it feel like a luxury hotel. Good quality toilet paper and paper towels. She doesn’t skimp. Because it was winter when we stayed, we only went to the pool once. It feels like a resort style pool. I would highly recommend staying at Mandy’s place.

Mandy was one of the best hosts we have had! She was super responsive and provided all the necessary items for our stay. Highly recommend staying here, especially for families with kids and having an open space with enough bedrooms plus the couch bed. If there was any downfall, the house is not right on the beach and parking the golf cart/vehicle can be an issue anywhere at the beach (otherwise if other guests don't care about this, definitely should stay at one of Mandy's properties). Beautiful area with pool access and restaurants nearby - golf cart can get you to coffee, ice cream, and public beach access quickly with several sidewalks to get a run/walk in for those that exercise. We couldn't be more appreciative of Mandy!

We had the BEST vacation! The house is in such a great spot, just a quick walk to the pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach, great restaurants, shops, and more. It was squeaky clean, and my family of seven felt right at home! Mandy is an amazing host—so kind and welcoming. She made sure we had all the info we needed before we got there and was super quick to respond during and after our stay. We truly loved every moment of our time there!

This house was perfect for us! We had 4 adults and 2 kids and could have easily accommodated more people. Having a bathroom for each room was amazing. The golf cart was a huge plus and the kitchen was well stocked. We went to two of the recommended beaches and they were both busy, but not overwhelming. They were easy to get to and easy to find a spot. We loved the laidback feel of the community, with people walking, biking and riding golf carts around. The community heated pool, hot tub and fire pit were also a favorite spot!

Two adult couples and 5 kids fit perfectly… a bathroom for every bedroom. Includes golf cart was a nice touch

This beach house is absolutely stunning and perfectly equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. On rainy days, there are plenty of games to keep the kids entertained, and if it gets chilly, the gas heater on the porch is a cozy touch. One of my favorite features is that every bedroom has its own bathroom, which adds so much convenience. The golf cart is a game-changer, making trips to the beach quick and easy. This truly is my favorite beach house ever—can't wait to come back!

Everything about our stay was amazing! We had several people in the house but there was plenty of space and we never felt on top of each other.
The house itself was clean and had everything we needed! The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries.
Mandy was extremely helpful and responsive and consistently checked in to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed.
The location was great - walking distance to the amazing pool and a short ride away from amazing restaurants and shopping.

We booked Another Faulking Beach house for a girl's weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! It is in a very central location to get to the beach and restaurants. The house is really comfortable and has everything you need. The golf cart was a huge plus! It sleeps a lot of people and has a lot of bathrooms for getting ready too. Mandy is also very responsive if you need anything.

Had the best time at staying at Mandy’s house! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! The house was beautiful, she carefully thought of everything you would need plus more. You can’t beat the location to the resort style pool, local restaurants and the beaches. The golf cart was fun to drive around in! Made it super convenient to get to the beach in. The house was perfect! Mandy has put in a lot of work on all the little details. She has beach toys, beach chairs, an umbrella - I mean everything that you will need for the beach. I loved that the kitchen was equipped with all of the essentials. The location was perfect! And the golf cart was a hit with the kids.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and the layout was perfect. We loved the fact there were bathrooms in every room, which was perfect when we returned from the beach. The house was stocked for fun for the kids. They loved the games and bicycles. I loved watching them play and laugh. The neighborhood, town and beaches are beautiful. It's not overcrowded and we enjoyed not having to deal with the huge crowds.

It's rare to not have a single issue while on vacation, but this was perfect!

The only problem was we were not ready to leave.

We will definitely be back!

Another Faulking Beach House was absolutely perfect for our family of ten and an infant. All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a half bath, which made getting ready so much easier with a big group. The kitchen was stocked better than any rental I’ve ever been in. Mandy was the best host! She answered questions quickly and handled issues promptly. The community pool is large enough that it really never felt crowded at all. There are several beach accesses nearby that stay pretty crowded, but Grayton Beach State Park was our favorite and was only 4 miles away. We would love to stay here again!

Mandy was a fantastic host, and the home was absolutely perfect. We arrived early due to a last second flight change, and Mandy was extremely flexible with our check in time and let us know as soon as it was ready for us. The house was even better than it looked online and had everything we could ever need. Tons of room, everything was squeaky clean, and in the most beautiful neighborhood that was in the perfect location. Mandy provides tons of beach towels, beach chairs, even beach toys that were perfect for our 2 year old. Big screen tvs in nearly every room, tons of pillows in every bedroom, and everything you could ever need in the kitchen. A quick golf cart ride to coffee shops, breakfast, and several restaurants...and perfect location to easily get to the beach (several of them)! My family and I loved the beach house. Literally on the beach, you have plenty of things to enjoy from the recommendations Mandy gives you. Spotless clean, quiet, and coming with the electric golf cart, this space was comfortable for our 8+ guests.

Mandy was an amazing host! She had good recommendations and reached out several times to make sure things were going smooth. The house itself was incredibly stocked - I even noticed a fan on the bunk room in the event a kiddo needed white noise. Definitely would stay again if we are in the area.

This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever rented on 30A. We almost always try to stay on the beach, but this property was even better than any beachfront stay. The golf cart and access to the pool made for easy access to all the fun things. The house was also the CLEANEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in— which is the most important thing to us. We can’t wait to come back.

Our family loved our stay at the Faulking House! The house is beautiful and perfect for a family of 5. The beach was very close (short golf cart away) and the pool is literally steps from the back door. The house is close enough to the main Seaside scene but far enough where you don’t have to deal with traffic or the business of tourist. Mandy was so responsive and proactively told us about the golf cart being repaired, but she had a backup already in place! The house included plenty of towels and also had beach gear (chairs, umbrellas and beach toys) - a few less things we had to worry about packing! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I stayed with my daughter and her husband and four young kids and we had a great time. The kitchen had all we needed - appreciated having a crock pot. There was an air fryer too though we didn't use it. Everyone loved having the pool so close. The pool area was nicer than I expected with the covered grill and seating area plus the tower to climb for the sunset view. I enjoyed the hot tub but only lasted a few minutes in the heated pool due to the cold weather. My grandkids stayed in for hours though. The use of a golf cart is essential since it would be a really long walk to the beach - I so appreciate that even though her cart was in the shop she provided a rental cart for us. The kids thought the cart was part of the adventure. I like this end of 30A, a little quieter and easy beach access. I also liked that the neighborhood had an entrance to a walking/running trail.

This was a beautiful home near the beautiful 30A beaches. Mandy was a wonderful host and was ALWAYs very responsive to messages from booking to communication during our stay. Mandy did a great job preparing the house with everything you would need from your everyday essentials to pack n play, toys for kiddos. We loved that the pool was located directly behind the home and the golf cart allowed us to get to the nearby restaurants and beaches. My friends and I stayed here for a wedding in Watercolor. I can't say enough how beautiful this place was! We had a wonderful time. The pool looked lovely (we didn't have the time to use it), and we loved to use the golf cart to get around! Great location and updated amenities. One small blip with the wifi disconnecting, but Mandy was very responsive and apologetic. We weren't home most of the time anyway. My friends and I are absolutely planning to return for more time!

I cannot say enough great things about the Faulking Beach House! It was important to our family to find a home in a great area with a golf cart and enough room for the kids to play during our daily down time. Our kids felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room and having a pool practically in the backyard! The layout of the house was perfect for our group (three adults and three kids) and provided a great gathering space on the first floor. As parents, we appreciated having the laundry on the second floor! The golf cart was perfect for running down the street to Blue Mountain Bakery for breakfast, as well as accessing the beach. We made so many wonderful memories this trip and it was extra special as we brought my mother who hadn’t been to the beach in 68 years! Having such a beautiful home to live in for the week made her trip even more special. We love this home and look forward to returning.

Mandy allowed for early check in which was great since my parents flew in and arrived earlier than my husband and I. The AC was not working when we first arrived and the management company was responsive and got it fixed right away which was great since we were traveling with a newborn. The pool was literally steps from the back door which was great with 3 littles. The beach access was a quick golf cart ride away. It was outside the hustle and bustle of seaside so there were less crowds but was a little drive to get to some restaurants/shopping. Would recommend again!

We like going to 30A on the off season and Mandy’s house was just perfect for us, our kids, and our in-laws.

The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to cook easy meals during a short stay - the house also had more than enough beach and bath towels. I appreciate them having beach chairs and umbrellas also available.

The golf cart is a life saver and the house layout worked out perfectly for a family with kids - we could put the little ones down, turn on the sound machine and go back downstairs for a drink or a movie without the noise being disruptive in the room with the bunk beds. Can’t beat the location across from the pool! We’d be back in a heartbeat!

My family and I had a blast at the Faulking Beach house! With the pool just steps outside and a large golf cart, we had quick access to whatever we wanted to do. The beach house was exactly as advertised and was very clean and spacious for 6 people. If your looking to venture outside Santa Rosa Beach, Destin is just 25 minutes away from the beach house! We will most definitely look to come back!

We had a couple of issues upon arrival that were completely out of her control (AC froze and golf cart got a flat tire) and she IMMEDIATELY called pros to help fix things to keep us comfortable! Her responsiveness was wonderful and the amenities were fabulous. The home was steps away from the pool, and our group had the best time celebrating our occasion there! Everything was very clean, and there was plenty of space for our guests. We would highly recommend Mandy and her home!

We were sad to say goodbye but know we will be back! This house has it all! The golf cart was the highlight of the trip! It was so easy to load everything in the cart and head to a nearby access everyday. Blue Mabel, cowgirl kitchen, and the bakery were all a quick golf cart ride and the food was incredible. We were able to walk in the evenings using the pedestrian path and it was such a beautiful walk. Mandy is an incredible host! The house was decorated perfectly and so so clean! She is always responsive and helpful. The management company is top notch too! So many wonderful memories made. Thank you Mandy!

Our stay at this house was wonderful. The house is exactly how the pictures look. Having the pool right in the back yard was one of the best features especially with young kids. We used the golf cart daily to get around to the beach, shops, dinner, etc…
Kitchen was fully stocked with mostly what we needed. There were plenty of pool towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The kids loved their room with bunk beds and we were able to do lots of laundry. The pool was amazing and we spent all day out there several times. The house truly was perfect for our party of 6.

Our stay was incredible! The pool is in the backyard, the open floor plan makes it feel homey and perfect for a family vacation. The golf cart was incredible and probably our favorite thing that we got to enjoy! The community was so nice and very safe. Public beach access was 5 mins away and seaside 15 mins. Lots of great restaurants close. The carpet was Incredibly soft, chairs and umbrellas available to use in the closet. The cabanas at the pool were incredible as well. I cannot say enough good things about our stay! We will definitely be back! 🙂

We had a great experience! We went on a girls trip and the space was perfect. We had enough beds, bathrooms, linens, etc. We loved having the golf cart, we took it everywhere we went! Everywhere was within a 10min. golf cart trip. It was also super nice having the pool right in the backyard! Would definitely recommend!
