Our journey along Florida’s scenic 30A began in 2021, when we purchased our first home in Blue Mountain Beach. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with everything that makes 30A extraordinary—the relaxed charm of Dune Allen, the vibrant energy of Rosemary Beach, and every unique community in between. It didn’t take long for us to realize this wasn’t just a place to visit…it was a place we wanted to build something meaningful.
As a family of six, this adventure has truly become a shared passion. Each of us is invested in creating spaces where families, friends, and travelers can unwind, reconnect, and make memories that last. When our first home quickly became a beloved rental during its first year, we felt encouraged and inspired to grow—leading us to purchase our second home and deepen our commitment to hosting.
Along the way, Mandy discovered a personal calling in curating the guest experience. She immersed herself in understanding what travelers want—not just in a vacation home, but in a host who genuinely cares.
