The Faulking Beach House

We had the best time and had everything we needed! Beds & furniture were very comfortable, very well decorated and had everything we needed from beach chairs and a backpack cooler. Mandy was super responsive and just a gracious host. We loved the area and having the LSV to get to the beach and restaurants all within a few minutes was amazing! We loved the little coffee shop about 2 min away for breakfast everyday and having the pool right behind the back door was awesome. We will be back on another trip!

We had an amazing stay on 30A. We have 2 young kids, 4yo and 10mo, and the location right next to the pool area and access to the golf cart was amazing. The house was laid out great and was nicely furnished. The baby crib and high chair were put to good use, and the beach gear/shade/chairs/toys were so incredible to have on hand - there are a lot of things in the “beach closet” as our 4yo called it. We loved our trip. We had a malfunction with the AC unit toward the end of our stay, presumably due to the heat, and Mandy helped out as quickly as reasonably possible to ensure it was repaired and functional again before it got too bad. Would highly recommend this home and host!

This was our second stay at this house and it once again did not disappoint. Location was awesome with the community pool right outside the back door, and a golf cart to get to the beach and area restaurants, and even the Seaside area. House was clean and well furnished. It was sized well for the 5 adults, 2 kids, and our chocolate lab for the week. Beach equipment and beach towels were very nice and helped limit the having to pack these items for the trip. Mandy was an excellent host who answered our questions very promptly and thoroughly.

The Faulking Beach House was everything we anticipated and exactly as advertised. The location was a short 3-5 min golf cart ride to Blue Mountain Beach access in addition to many restaurants including Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. The community pool was again, as advertised with plenty of umbrellas, shady areas, lounge chairs and literally 10 steps out of the back door. Mandy, the host, was excellent to work with and extremely responsive when we had a question. She even arranged for a temporary golf cart replacement when theirs needed a small repair just before we arrived. The kitchen was completely stocked with every utensil, cookware, and dish you could need. There were also ample beach chairs, boogie boards, and our favorite, a backpack cooler there so we didn’t have to bring/buy any of that. It was fantastic for our family of 4 and our 2 teen kids could have each brought a friend along and we still would have had plenty of bed space and room. 5 stars all the way around!

Mandy’s place was the perfect location for a bachelorette party! The home was well stocked with everything we could have needed and was exactly as described. We enjoyed riding the golf cart to the beach and the coziness of main living area. Mandy was a great hostess and was willing to answer any questions I had, even well before our stay. We were there with our children to attend a family wedding. Honestly, we don’t much care for the “Destin Area” EXCEPT for Blue Mountain Beach because it feels like a small, quaint beach town that hasn’t been invaded by too many humans : ).
The house was perfect - immaculately clean and comfortable. We like to play hard during the day and rest quietly with our family in the evenings. The location was incredibly serene and peaceful at night. Bonus that you walk out the back door and the pool area is right there. The bunk room is perfect for children. The private patio off the master was awesome for quiet nighttime hanging out with my wife after everyone else went to sleep. Of all the times we’ve stayed in Blue Mountain Beach and rented a house this was our first “golf cart experience” and highly recommend.

It was a DREAM to stay at Mandy’s. We have four young children and the fact that it was right next to the pool, had great bedrooms, was in a neighborhood with a circle for the kids to ride bikes etc… the golf cart… everything made our trip so easy and enjoyable! I cannot speak highly enough about it. This was the first family vacation I said to my husband “this was actually restful” - and with four kids under 8 that’s really saying something!! Thank you Mandy. We will definitely be booking again!

Mandy was a great host, great communication and suggestions on local restaurants and things to do! The house was very nice, with everything we needed. Loved the golf cart to go to the beach. We loved being able to bring our small dogs who loved the path behind the house and patio. We had a great time. The location was wonderful!

I can’t say enough good things about Mandy’s house. We stayed for two months and it was everything and more. We felt completely at home from the moment we walked in. The house has amazing natural lighting which was conducive for working from home. Mandy was an incredible host who was always responsive and very timely. The neighborhood is cute with an incredible pool / hot tub. And the location of the house was perfect! We will definitely be back!

The home was absolutely spectacular. It was fully equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a family beach vacation and even for infants. The home was spotless and im quite sure it was the cleanest vacation home I have ever stayed in. Mandy checked on us everyday to make sure everything was going well and even before we arrived. She made sure all equipment including the golf cart was in working condition and just made our overall stay worth while. I would definitely stay again. I felt like I was at home away from home!!!

This house was fantastic! Honestly, it was one of the, if not THE cleanest bnb that I’ve visited. It also truly felt like a home. We had small children and shouldn’t have brought half the things we did. They had toys, high chairs, cribs, beach stuff… even a bottle drying rack! This home is very well prepared the house you and all your needs. Location is great as well. The neighborhood is charming and beautiful in itself, great for walking. The community pool entrance is right outside the back door, so really easy access! And there are several restaurants and beach accesses within a short 5 minute golf cart ride! This location is also wonderful as it seemed not nearly as busy as some of the other popular Florida beaches, just the cutest beach area ?. Mandy was also so helpful and responsive, very quick to get back to us for help and recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again.

The Faulking house was perfect for my family. The pool was awesome and just steps away from the back door. The golf cart made everything we wanted to do very accessible. We have always loved staying on 30A and we are so glad that we have found our new spot. Mandy is the best host and we will be back!!

We had the absolute best time in Santa Rosa at Mandy’s beach getaway. She was so helpful and kind and answered all of our questions before arrival. Get ready to eat too much food because the surrounding restaurants were incredible. Definitely going back!

Staying at the Faulken house was AMAZING. Mandy was very attentive and helpful , she communicated with me quickly and provided everything i asked for in timely fashion! If there was an issue she fixed asap! The house was beautiful and well maintained! It was clean and ready for our family! To enjoy! I loved the easy access to the swimming pool! The washer and dryer helped to make sure we always could clean any anything we needed too! I would go back again!! 10/10 would recommend!

2. The golf cart was a blast and big perk! *We drove to Grayton beach and it was chugging to get back, so just pay attention.

3. The pool is literally right outside the backyard and is amazing. So convenient.

4. We loved Papa Surf in Santa Rosa then walking around!

5. Blue Mountain beach was close but was super crowded and had a big drop off near the ocean with big waves - we found Grayton Beach to be calmer with a a shallow inlet area.

6. There is a rollaway crib and also a pack n play with mattress.

7. We loved all the beach and pool supplies including 10+ towels - so nice not having to bring ourselves.

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.

We had the best stay at The Faulking Beach House! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, if not better! The pool was literally right out the back door which our kids loved. Having a golf cart for our use was a game changer - we took that to and from the beach everyday. Mandy was an exceptional host and provided us with all of the recommendations we could need. She thought of everything to stock in the house - she even had a small step stool that made it easier for our kids to reach the sinks. I could go on and on about how great everything was! We were so thankful for the time we were able to stay here and hope to go back again!

What a gem!! Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mandy’s Airbnb! The home is beautiful! It’s a great location and Mandy was very helpful from the time of booking until we checked out. She was responsive, kind and accommodating. The beds and pillows are super comfy. We loved that she has a well stocked kitchen, and having the pool directly behind the Airbnb was a plus. We also loved having the 6-person golf cart. We had a great stay at The Faulking House! This was our first time to 30A and we couldn’t have picked a better location for our family with kids ages 12, 9, and 8. The house is steps away from the entry to the great community pool and hot tub. It is just a quick golf cart ride away to the beach and restaurants. All the beach gear you could ever want is at the house as well as a backpack cooler. The house was clean and spacious. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved The Faulking Beach House! It was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the hot tub and golf cart and being able to ride down to the beach quickly! The house was clean and Mandy was super responsive. We even got to meet them in person by happen stance and they were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed! We loved our stay and would love to come back. All of the great reviews are well deserved. If you’re looking for a great location away from the crowds but still close enough to all the great beaches, restaurants etc this is the place.

Mandy was extremely responsive, and kind. I made a mistake when booking and she was so kind and easy to work with in fixing this. I had a couple questions while we were at her home and she was very responsive. She gave us her personal number for a quicker response, however I didn’t need to use it as she was very quick on responding to messages through the app. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future. The home was clean and just like the pictures. We had a one year old with us and to our surprise there was even a few toys she could play with. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Mandy’s beach house! The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and a quick ride on the golf cart to the beach. The location of the pool steps away from the back porch was extremely convenient for our family. Everything was so organized and clean in the home! We would stay here again and slept very comfortably as well! We enjoyed the addition of the beach equipment and backpack cooler for us to use. It kept us from needing to bring extra items in an already packed vehicle. 🙂

A fantastic place to stay everything is as described. Can walk right out of back door to the community pool, the golf cart was a HUGE plus very convenient the whole family was able to ride it back and forth to the beach and local restaurants all near by. The house especially amenities were more than we could ask for it was perfect. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, even a cooler backpack, coffee for the Keurig. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. We stayed at Mandy's place for a few days and it was wonderful. The home was well stocked, the house was in a great location, and the area is fantastic. You are out of the madness of seaside by just a couple minutes, but it makes everything much more peaceful. All amenities were great and access to the greenway from the neighborhood was great. Looking forward to coming back!

My group and I had a lovely time at Mandy’s airbnb. She is a very responsive host and goes above and beyond that your needs are met. The pool is literally right outside your back door which was great for our two littles. We really appreciated all the extra small child / baby gear & toys.

Absolutely beautiful home, 15 ft from the pool entrance (resort pool with waterfalls), immaculately furnished, kitchen well stocked, TV’s in all bedrooms, plantation shutters, 3 porches, quiet, very secure, very new appliances, just perfect!
We took the Golfcart for shopping in Seaside, Watercolor and Santa Rosa Beach. And Golfcart for dinner at Mimmo’s Italian restaurant. Mandy was so attentive and responded to any questions within 15 minutes by text. We love this beautiful beach home and will be returning next year for our Sister’s Beach Trip!!! And the next year and the next year.

This was the best airbnb experience I've had yet. It was the little things that really made it a great stay. It felt like it was truly someone's home, and so nothing was missed - because the owners have actually used it and covered anything that is needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Fluffy pillows, fans, plenty of extra blankets, plenty of beach supplies and toys for the kids, gaming console for the kids, plenty of supplies for washing clothes, anything needed for cooking was there.. I mean I could go on and on. It was the easiest, most convenient stay I've ever had. The furniture was comfy and homey and everything was very clean. We lovvvved being close to the pool also. I definitely would recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit the 30A/Santa Rosa Beach area!

We loved our stay! It’s an amazing space and is extremely accessible to the pool. The beach is a golf cart ride away with multiple public beach access point options. The house is very family friendly and fully stocked. The beach closet has chairs, an umbrella, pool noodles, beach toys - (more than we needed!) Everything is new with updated appliances, comfortable beds, and the AC is cold! The neighborhood is a quaint community with trails and walking paths. Mandy is a great host and her guidebook shares very helpful tips on the beaches, restaurants, local gym, etc to navigate the area. We loved the house and the location!!

Beautiful home! Very clean. Everything was as advertised in the listing. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Great location with a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach and restaurants. Wonderful community pool literally right out the back door of the home. It made things super convenient with our two young grandchildren. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards were a plus saving us from having to bring them. Kitchen was well equipped with air fryer and grill that we used to fix dinner for our entire group. Mandy was an awesome host responding to our questions and sending area suggestions and a detailed list of items at check-in, during our stay, and for check-out. We will definitely book this unit and with Mandy in the future.

This listing is worth the experience in gold. From the house, to how Mandy operates as a host.... everything was perfect. I have stayed at a lot of AirBnB's for work trips and other vacations... this one has by far the best host I have ever interacted with. The house is right next to the neighborhood pool which doesn't get overly crowded at all during the day. The golf cart is a huge help to get to local restaurants and Blue Mountain Beach. Mandy also recommended companies and people for the activities/excursions we wanted to do on the trip. I wish Mandy could train other AirBNB hosts how to operate like her. Fantastic house, and a perfect vacation with my family.

We loved our stay at Mandy’s! She was so thoughtful about our visit and had a few surprises for us. It’s a lovely home, you can walk right out the back door to the pool. But we never heard any pool noise. We loved using the golf cart to run to restaurants or the beach. The location is easily accessible to Seaside and Watercolor too. We will definitely use Mandy’s for another beach visit. She is a lovely host.

Clean, well stocked, great location, the golf cart is life saving! If you’re on the first floor you won’t hear the second floor. If you’re afraid of being too close to the pool - you won’t hear those guests either. It’s maybe 8 steps to the pool from the porch. The beaches are close and it’s so nice to sit in a golf cart and let the wind air dry you and get sand off you before entering the home. The shops and restaurants are adorable, and tasty!

Santa Rosa is beautiful and yes we ventured to Destin and Panama City - big mistake traffic galore! If you want to relax book this home. The amenities are also shocking - if you forget something it’s there or Walmart delivery (used it also) is available for 2 hour delivery.

We loved this neighborhood! Met many friendly people and it was a golf cart away from the beach and many great restaurants! The house was stocked with everything and more. It was nice to be able to wash beach towels and have clean ones. The pool was directly in our backyard and was perfect. We loved this house and location we will definitely be back! We love how Mandy appreciates teachers, thank you!

Truly have never stayed at a more equipped AirBnB. They had everything you needed while not feeling overly cluttered. Everything was super clean and nothing looked worn. We were with another family and multiple times expressed how it was one of the best places we've stayed. The location in the neighborhood was ideal, right across from the gate to the pool which was super convenient. The golf cart was perfect for getting around and they really have everything you could need for the beach. Super nice chairs, toys, towels, umbrellas. Additionally, Mandy was very responsive, always getting back to us within minutes. Couldn't have asked for more!

We had a great stay at Mandy’s place. Our weekend was unfortunately rained out but Mandy was very helpful in providing recommendations on things to do. The place is as described and the pool is literally steps out of the back door which we loved. We did not get to make use of the golf cart because of the rain, however we were able to see how easy it would be to navigate to the beaches and restaurants using the golf cart because everything is close. Mandy went above and beyond to accommodate us and we appreciate her graciousness!

The home is right across from the community pool which was great with kids, we could just walk out our back door to the pool gate. I recently stayed at this stunning beach house and I have to say it was an amazing experience! The location was perfect, just a quick 3
minute drive to beach access, and the pool and the spa in the back yard made it the ultimate oasis. And let’s not forget about the amazing golf cart provided, which made getting around town so much fun! From the moment I arrived I was blown away by the modern stylish decor of the home and the absolute wonderful host. The attention to detail was impeccable, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable and the living area was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook delicious meals. And when we weren’t lounging by the pool or swimming at the beach the golf cart was an amazing fun way to navigate to local shops and restaurants. I cannot recommend this beach house and Mandy the wonderful host enough. Thank you!

For Christmas we treat our adult kids to time spent together. Whether it be a cruise or some other destination. This year we chose the beach since our 4 year old grandson enjoys the water so much. We chose this Airbnb for its location, affordability, and amenities. When we walked through the door we knew we were in the right place! So nice, so well appointed, so, comfortable! The six seater golf cart topped off our stay as it was a fun way to travel the short distance to the beach. (They also have a closet chocked full of beach toys.) Oh, and not to forget the beautiful pool that’s just steps out your back door! You don’t want to miss this home for your next stay in the Sant Rosa area. We all agreed we will be back again!! This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever rented on 30A. We almost always try to stay on the beach, but this property was even better than any beachfront stay. The golf cart and access to the pool made for easy access to all the fun things. The house was also the CLEANEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in— which is the most important thing to us. We can’t wait to come back.

Our family loved our stay at the Faulking House! The house is beautiful and perfect for a family of 5. The beach was very close (short golf cart away) and the pool is literally steps from the back door. The house is close enough to the main Seaside scene but far enough where you don’t have to deal with traffic or the business of tourist. Mandy was so responsive and proactively told us about the golf cart being repaired, but she had a backup already in place! The house included plenty of towels and also had beach gear (chairs, umbrellas and beach toys) - a few less things we had to worry about packing! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I stayed with my daughter and her husband and four young kids and we had a great time. The kitchen had all we needed - appreciated having a crock pot. There was an air fryer too though we didn't use it. Everyone loved having the pool so close. The pool area was nicer than I expected with the covered grill and seating area plus the tower to climb for the sunset view. I enjoyed the hot tub but only lasted a few minutes in the heated pool due to the cold weather. My grandkids stayed in for hours though. The use of a golf cart is essential since it would be a really long walk to the beach - I so appreciate that even though her cart was in the shop she provided a rental cart for us. The kids thought the cart was part of the adventure. I like this end of 30A, a little quieter and easy beach access. I also liked that the neighborhood had an entrance to a walking/running trail.

This was a beautiful home near the beautiful 30A beaches. Mandy was a wonderful host and was ALWAYs very responsive to messages from booking to communication during our stay. Mandy did a great job preparing the house with everything you would need from your everyday essentials to pack n play, toys for kiddos. We loved that the pool was located directly behind the home and the golf cart allowed us to get to the nearby restaurants and beaches. We would definitely come back to this location or any others Mandy has available. Thank you again for welcoming us into your home and being a great host!

We enjoyed our stay at Mandy’s place! House was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants and the beach! The golf cart was also awesome. Mandy was a great host, quick to respond. I highly recommend her place!

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding in Watercolor. I can't say enough how beautiful this place was! We had a wonderful time. The pool looked lovely (we didn't have the time to use it), and we loved to use the golf cart to get around! Great location and updated amenities. One small blip with the wifi disconnecting, but Mandy was very responsive and apologetic. We weren't home most of the time anyway. My friends and I are absolutely planning to return for more time!

I cannot say enough great things about the Faulking Beach House! It was important to our family to find a home in a great area with a golf cart and enough room for the kids to play during our daily down time. Our kids felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room and having a pool practically in the backyard! The layout of the house was perfect for our group (three adults and three kids) and provided a great gathering space on the first floor. As parents, we appreciated having the laundry on the second floor! The golf cart was perfect for running down the street to Blue Mountain Bakery for breakfast, as well as accessing the beach. We made so many wonderful memories this trip and it was extra special as we brought my mother who hadn’t been to the beach in 68 years! Having such a beautiful home to live in for the week made her trip even more special. We love this home and look forward to returning.

Mandy allowed for early check in which was great since my parents flew in and arrived earlier than my husband and I. The AC was not working when we first arrived and the management company was responsive and got it fixed right away which was great since we were traveling with a newborn. The pool was literally steps from the back door which was great with 3 littles. The beach access was a quick golf cart ride away. It was outside the hustle and bustle of seaside so there were less crowds but was a little drive to get to some restaurants/shopping. Would recommend again!

We like going to 30A on the off season and Mandy’s house was just perfect for us, our kids, and our in-laws.

The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to cook easy meals during a short stay - the house also had more than enough beach and bath towels. I appreciate them having beach chairs and umbrellas also available.

The golf cart is a life saver and the house layout worked out perfectly for a family with kids - we could put the little ones down, turn on the sound machine and go back downstairs for a drink or a movie without the noise being disruptive in the room with the bunk beds. Can’t beat the location across from the pool! We’d be back in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend trip needs! Just steps away from the pool and a golf cart to take on a stroll. Mandy was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! Very responsive!

My family and I had a blast at the Faulking Beach house! With the pool just steps outside and a large golf cart, we had quick access to whatever we wanted to do. The beach house was exactly as advertised and was very clean and spacious for 6 people. If your looking to venture outside Santa Rosa Beach, Destin is just 25 minutes away from the beach house! We will most definitely look to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Faulking Beach House. We have two small children and the pool was so convenient being directly behind the house. As with the use of a golf cart, made everything so easy and accessible. The house is beautiful we will definitely be back!

Mandy is the best! We had a couple of issues upon arrival that were completely out of her control (AC froze and golf cart got a flat tire) and she IMMEDIATELY called pros to help fix things to keep us comfortable! Her responsiveness was wonderful and the amenities were fabulous. The home was steps away from the pool, and our group had the best time celebrating our occasion there! Everything was very clean, and there was plenty of space for our guests. We would highly recommend Mandy and her home!

We were sad to say goodbye but know we will be back! This house has it all! The golf cart was the highlight of the trip! It was so easy to load everything in the cart and head to a nearby access everyday. Blue Mabel, cowgirl kitchen, and the bakery were all a quick golf cart ride and the food was incredible. We were able to walk in the evenings using the pedestrian path and it was such a beautiful walk. Mandy is an incredible host! The house was decorated perfectly and so so clean! She is always responsive and helpful. The management company is top notch too! So many wonderful memories made. Thank you Mandy!

Our stay at this house was wonderful. The house is exactly how the pictures look. Having the pool right in the back yard was one of the best features especially with young kids. We used the golf cart daily to get around to the beach, shops, dinner, etc…
Kitchen was fully stocked with mostly what we needed. There were plenty of pool towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The kids loved their room with bunk beds and we were able to do lots of laundry. The pool was amazing and we spent all day out there several times. The house truly was perfect for our party of 6.
Most the houses in this community are rentals but that makes it fun. Thank you for sharing your home and being so quick to respond if we needed anything.

Our stay was incredible! The pool is in the backyard, the open floor plan makes it feel homey and perfect for a family vacation. The golf cart was incredible and probably our favorite thing that we got to enjoy! The community was so nice and very safe. Public beach access was 5 mins away and seaside 15 mins. Lots of great restaurants close. The carpet was Incredibly soft, chairs and umbrellas available to use in the closet. The cabanas at the pool were incredible as well. I cannot say enough good things about our stay! We will definitely be back! 🙂

We had a great experience! We went on a girls trip and the space was perfect. We had enough beds, bathrooms, linens, etc. We loved having the golf cart, we took it everywhere we went! Everywhere was within a 10min. golf cart trip. It was also super nice having the pool right in the backyard! Would definitely recommend!

Mandy was great with response time. We had a small issue with golf cart and took care of it quickly. The place was very nice and update to date. Right by the pool and the golf cart was great for getting to beach. Which is just a short ride away. Will definitely stay again.

My family and I recently stayed at Mandy's Airbnb for a week and had a fantastic time! The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a wonderful pool located right in the backyard. The location was perfect, with easy access to several stunning beaches such as Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, and Ed Walline Beach, which we particularly enjoyed exploring.

Mandy was an excellent host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had and provided us with helpful tips and recommendations for local activities.

Mandy was an incredible host! The place was everything we hoped for and more, first family vacation was a huge hit and the pool area was so great for kids after a full beach day! We will be back for sure! Only regret is not booking a longer visit 😉
